Our small but well equipped fitness room is perfect for keeping active and fit with no monthly membership fees, you simply pay as you go.

Currently under the restrictions in place we are only able to offer pre-booked sessions in the gym for current membership holders.

Session times;

The current sessions available are listed below, these must be pre-booked, we cannot accommodate walk-ins to ensure limited numbers at any one time.

Monday - Sunday
Session 1            09.00 - 09.45
Session 2            10:00 – 10:45
Session 3            11:00 – 11:45
Session 4            12:00 – 12:45
Session 5            14:00 – 14:45
Session 6            15:00 – 15:45

On arrival;
Please make your way to the main reception through the main entrance, where you will need to provide proof of membership before entering the gym.

Personal Training;

We also work in Partnership with 'Body By Sherin' who offers Personal Training ,specializing in 1-1 coaching, Health and Wellbeing, Weight & Strength Training for women and Performance Enhancement.

With qualifications: Level 3 Personal Training, Nutritionist, Group Fitness Instructor and Optimum Performance Trainer.
