The Youth Learn to Windsurf Stage 1 course is the perfect introduction to windsurfing, learning the basics, getting on the water and sailing the board across the wind and back.
During the two days we aim to cover the following;
All fun no theory. Get on the water and discover windsurfing. We'll get you up and sailing around in no time.
Ability after the course: Able to sail to a chosen point on the water and return to where you started in light winds
Our friendly instructors will be with you every step of the way, offering clear instruction, guidance and encouragement.
Plas Menai will provide all necessary personal protective clothing including wetsuits, waterproofs, buoyancy aids and helmets.
Please bring with you;
- Swimming togs & towel
- Footwear for on the water
- Sock that cover your ankles
- 50p for locker
